From the coasts to the mountains, each of us feels a deep commitment to conveying the true Costa Rican experience — one born from our traditions, history, and deepest roots.

Our approach is based on the idea that every dish and every cocktail we create tells a story. We draw inspiration from the extraordinary artisanal fishing of local fishermen, whose daily efforts at sea reflect a way of life passed down from generation to generation. We use fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring that every flavor represents the purity and essence of our lands and seas.

The tradition of our grandparents also plays a central role in our work. They taught us that true gastronomy is not just about ingredients, but about feelings, sharing moments, and honoring our roots. That is why every dish and every cocktail carries a touch of that ancestral essence, combining traditional techniques with a hint of innovation that respects and enhances our cultures.

We have also loved traveling and learning different avant-garde techniques, where we had the opportunity to work at Michelin restaurants such as Hofmann Barcelona and restaurant La Bicicleta in Hoznayo, Cantabria. We can adapt to each client's taste, with whatever menu they desire.
